Technical Support Strengthens Central Asia Partnership: XITEC Enhances Service in Kazakhstan

Almaty, Kazakhstan – March 2025 — The XITEC LIFT technical and business team completed an annual in-depth visit to long-term partner VERTICAL LLC. Through customized technical support and joint visits with developers, we continue to empower our strategic presence in the Central Asian market.

As a nationwide elevator service provider in Kazakhstan, VERTICAL LLC has expanded into many landmark projects with XITEC elevators. During this visit, our team carried out three main actions:

System Diagnosis – Preventive maintenance on 32 operating elevators, including upgraded dust-proof solutions for control cabinets

Business Collaboration – Joint visits to three leading developers, solving technical challenges of shaft renovation on-site

Pre-Set Solutions – Designed heavy-duty freight elevator load schemes for a commercial complex under construction
